Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators
Property plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the images.
Also contained in this recent image disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and features a legend identifying different sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for dock shelters.
More materials disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative release.
